B2B lead generation in Germany
Win B2B customers in Germany. We do the outreach, in German.
Autopilot finds German companies that have a reason to hear from you right now. We write to each one personally, in German and under your name, and follow up twice. Interested replies go to your sales team.
- Every company researched one by one, with its source
- Written in German, in the formal “Sie”
- You take the conversations
From €1,990 per month · minimum term 3 months · B2B only
What is different in Germany
Why the outbound you run at home doesn’t carry over.
An English sequence that works in London or Austin often gets no answer from a managing director in Bielefeld. Four things are different here.
The language
Business mail between German companies is written in German and in the formal “Sie”. So that is how we write for you, and you approve the tone before we start.
The reason for writing
We don’t start with your product. We start with something the company has made public: a new production hall, a job ad that has been open for months, a second location. The e-mail picks that up.
The Impressum
German company websites carry an Impressum that names the legal entity and who runs it. We use it to address the right person by name.
The letter
A letter on paper gets picked up. It doesn’t compete with 200 e-mails and it doesn’t end up in a spam filter. For selected companies we send one, with Deutsche Post.
How it works
From a public signal to a conversation for you.
Autopilot is a service that we set up and run for you. There are no credits to buy and no tool to learn.
You set the direction
We agree on your target customers, your offer and the tone. You approve the target group and the texts before anything goes out.
Research
Autopilot goes through public sources and looks for companies in your segment where something is happening right now. Every data point keeps its source.
Check
Fit, contact person and e-mail address are checked. Your existing customers, blocked contacts and duplicates are taken out.
E-mail in German
Each company gets one personal first e-mail. After that we follow up twice at most, a few working days apart. A reply stops the sequence, and that includes a no.
Letter, if you want it
Selected companies also get a letter on paper, written for that one company and sent with Deutsche Post. Letters are an optional add-on.
Handover
A person reads every reply. Out-of-office notes and refusals stay with us. Interested replies go to you with the research, the thread so far and a suggested next step.
„Mit Ihrer neuen Fertigungshalle kommen weitere Anlagen dazu. Wie planen Sie deren Wartung?“
In English: “Your new production hall brings more machines. How do you plan their maintenance?” Your own texts come from your offer and from the research.
Who does what
We do the work before the conversation. You sell.
Autopilot takes over
- A sending domain and mailboxes registered in your name, set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and warmed up over 3–4 weeks
- Research and qualification of target companies
- The German texts: first e-mail and two follow-ups
- Sending, follow-up and deliverability
- Reading and sorting every reply
- An opt-out in every e-mail and one central blocklist. Someone who objects is not contacted again.
- A monthly report with the real numbers
Stays with you
- What you know about your best customers
- Approval of target group, texts and the guide for replies
- One contact person on your side who can decide
- The sales conversation, the offer and the close
About the language on your side
Replies from German companies come in German. We pass on every interested reply with a short summary in English, and we work with you in English.
Nobody on your team speaks German? That’s not a problem. We take care of it.
What to expect
Outbound in Germany needs a few weeks before it shows anything.
The sending domain has to be warmed up first. That is why the minimum term is three months.
Price and terms
From €1,990 per month.
Your exact price depends on contact volume and target markets. It is in the individual offer you get from us, together with all costs.
- Minimum term
- 3 months from the start of the first campaign month.
- Renewal
- The contract renews for a further 3 months each time, unless it is terminated with 4 weeks’ notice to the end of the current term. Text form is enough, for example an e-mail.
- Start of the monthly fee
- The first campaign month begins on the first day of sending, at the latest four weeks after the contract is concluded.
- Domain and mailboxes
- Registered in your name. You are the registrant and the sender.
- Contract
- The terms and conditions are in German. German law applies. For merchants the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. The German version of the terms (AGB) is the one that counts, together with your individual offer.
Who it is for
It works best when your German target group is small and valuable.
Maybe there are 500 companies in Germany that really fit you. Then it pays to research each one properly.
A good fit
- You sell to businesses, and your offer needs a conversation
- One new customer is worth a lot to you
- You can say which kind of company fits and which doesn’t
- You need new customers every month, not once
- Someone on your side picks up the interested replies
Not a fit
- B2C offers
- One-off sales
- If you are looking for guaranteed meetings
- If you want to try outbound for a few weeks. Under 3 months there is no honest result.
FAQ
Questions we get from abroad.
In which language do you write to German companies?
In German, with the formal “Sie”. You approve the tone and the facts before the first e-mail goes out.
Who is the sender?
You are. The sending domain and the mailboxes are registered in your name, and the signature carries your company details. We run the technology on your instruction. Your main domain is not used for sending.
Where do the contacts come from?
From public sources, researched when we need them, with a source for every data point. We do not buy lists.
Do you guarantee meetings or revenue?
No. We owe you careful work, not a number of replies, meetings or customers. In our model calculation we assume a reply rate of 2–5 %. First interested replies usually arrive in week 7 to 10 after the start.
How much of our time does it take?
Two to three hours during setup, spread over the first two weeks. After that about 30 minutes a week.
Who works on our Autopilot?
Janik Deimann, the founder, is responsible for every Autopilot. A few team members help with sorting replies.
Can we see the full process?
Yes. The process page shows every step from setup to handover. It is in German. To the process page (German).
